Confidentiality
An appraiser must not disclose any confidential information or appraisal results to anyone other than the client, parties authorized by the client, state appraiser regulatory agency, third party only by due process of law, or authorized professional peer review committee.

Confidential information is information that is “classified as confidential or private by applicable law or regulation” or specifically “identified by the client as confidential when providing it to an appraiser” and as noted not publicly available. (USPAP Ethic Rule)

She has achieved the Graduate of Personal Property (GPPA) designation of the National Auctioneers Association (NAA) and is 2018/2019 USPAP Compliant with over 35 years of experience in the auction industry.

The Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) are the generally accepted standards for professional appraisal practice in the United States. USPAP contains standards for all types of appraisal services including real property, personal property, business valuation, and mass appraisal. The purpose of USPAP is to promote and maintain a high level of public trust in appraisal practice by establishing requirements for appraisers. (Definition from the Appraisal Foundation).
