**There Will Be No Buyer's Premium Added To The Buyer's Total For Each Item Purchased. However, There Will Be A 3% Fee For Purchases Not Made By Cash, Cashier's Check, Money Order, Wire Transfer or Direct Deposit.**

**Items Not Removed By Deadline Will Be Forfeited & No Refund Will Be Issued**

For The Vehicles: There Will Be A $20.00 Title Preparation Fee Added To The Buyer’s Total For Each Unit Purchased.

**All defects and flaws with a vehicle will be the buyers responsibility once purchased by buyer. Buyer should be aware that they are purchasing a used vehicle as it sits on the auction location with “No warranty” or “Guarantee Whatsoever”. Seller and Auctioneer have made a diligent attempt to supply the buyer with a general description of each unit and do not guarantee the accuracy of the information supplied. Seller and Auctioneer recommend Buyer’s to thoroughly inspect each vehicle prior to bidding.** 

All Bidders Are Required To Have A Credit Card On File At All Times.

*All accounts not paid in full by the stated deadline date for $1,000.00 or less will be automatically charged through our Nelix Transax payment gateway with the credit or debit card supplied by the Buyer.

Payment Terms: *Payment Must Be Received No Later Than 4:00p.m., Wednesday, October 24, 2018 *All Payments Are To Be Processed Through Lemons Auctioneers. (Payments Can Be Made Online With A Credit Card. A Receipt Will Automatically Be Available In The Bidder Area Once Payment Has Been Made.)
