Live Auction Preregistration

Preregistration will be available from Monday, October 19, 2026 through Friday, October 23, 2026 online at lemonsauctioneers.com or in person at the Lemons Auctioneers office in Tomball, TX.

Auction Day Registration: Photo identification is required in the form of a driver’s license, passport, or state identification card.

All bidders must review and sign Fort Bend County’s Auction Terms & Conditions and register prior to bidding.

Important Payment Information

All purchases must be paid in full before leaving the premises.

Accepted payment methods for Vehicles, Trucks, and Heavy Equipment include:

Cash
Zelle
Cashier’s Check
Preapproved Personal or Company Check
Preapproved Wire Transfer prior to Auction Day

NO CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS WILL BE ACCEPTED.

If paying by cash, a $500.00 refundable deposit must be made at the time of registration.

ABSOLUTELY NO CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A BANK LETTER OF GUARANTEE.

Bank Letters of Guarantee must be made out to Fort Bend County, dated October 24, 2026, and preapproved by the Auctioneer.

All bank letters must be submitted and approved by Friday, October 23, 2026 at 4:00 PM.

No exceptions. Bank letters cannot be verified on Auction Day.

Please submit your letter in advance to allow sufficient time for review and approval.

All checks must be payable to Fort Bend County. No merchandise will be released until full payment has been received by Fort Bend County.

Monday, October 26 – Wednesday, October 28, 2026 | 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Heavy Equipment:
By Appointment Only. Appointments will be strictly enforced.

All vehicles and trucks not removed from the Fort Bend County Auction Sale Site by 3:00 PM Wednesday, October 28, 2026 will be considered abandoned and revert to Fort Bend County for disposal.

All Vehicles, Trucks, Heavy Equipment, and General Merchandise will be sold “As Is, Where Is” with no warranties or guarantees. All Sales Are Final.
